Driving time estimate leaving Cape in July

Can someone give me an idea of how much time we should expect to spend leaving Eastham on a Sunday in July to get to Holliston, MA (west of Boston, off 495)? I know there will be a ton of traffic -- but any idea of worst case scenario, best time to leave would be really helpful !!

Without traffic, you should plan on two hours. With traffic, oy! Anyway, Sunday morning is probably not a problem. If the weather is good, early Sunday afternoon MIGHT also be okay, as people tend to leave later to get in more of the Cape. If the weather is bad (like rainy or very cloudy), everybody tries to leave earlier. Late Sunday afternoon and Sunday evening are ALWAYS bad. Hope this helps.

difinitely leave sun morn to be on the safe side. i%26#39;ve driven from the bridge to holliston in under 1 hr. rte 6 and 6a on the cape can be brutal for traffic and one accident can tie it up for hours.
