Fenway Logistics

Is it easier to park in Boston or should you take the T if you are coming to Fenway from Souther Maine?

Parking in Boston is NEVER easy or cheap!!

Unfortunately the T is not all that easy either.I%26#39;d opt to drive and park up Comm Ave. There%26#39;s a couple of lots and a garage that don%26#39;t hurt too bad.

You can park at the Prudential Center for $15 with a ticket stub from the game. The Pru is an easy 1 mile walk to the park.

I don%26#39;t know what parking costs in Maine, but when I was inquiring about parking at Fenway before our visit there in April, the Bostonians on this forum found it amusing that I thought that $20 was a steep price to pay to park at a ballgame (I based that figure on the very best parking at parks in Detroit and Cleveland), so beware. I was told that $50 and up is more the norm, and that it can approach $80-$100 when the Yankees are in town. We followed the excellent advice on this forum and took the T and we are very glad that we did!
