For Senior 65 et al: Recipe

For Senior65 and all of you who would like to cook up some fresh bluefish while you are on the Cape, here%26#39;s a SIMPLE recipe from one of Phillip Craig%26#39;s Martha Vineyard mysteries.

JW%26#39;s Bluefish with Mustard/Horseradish Sauce - serves 4

2 lbs filets

1/4 c mayo

1/4 c Dijon mustard

1 tsp prepared horseradish

Place filets, skin side down, on greased foil in baking pan.

Mix all other ingredients and spread on filets.

Bake 20 min at 400 or until opaque and flaky.

OR

Fish may be cooked under the broiler.

Place about 4 inches from the broiler for 7-10 min. depending on the thickness of the filets.

As JW says, delish!

For Senior 65 et al: Recipe

Thanks CCC, I don%26#39;t remember seeing this particular recipe. I%26#39;ve printed it out and will take it with me in September. A family run market near me smokes its own salmon and makes up little jars of pate sometimes. I wonder if JW%26#39;s bluefish pate is as delish?
