A parmacutical rep friend of mine is taking Doctors from Pittsfield out to dinner with a guest speaker from Albany, NY. They have done the Pillars several times. Any other places I could reccomend to her?

I have not eaten there myself, but I believe Mario%26#39;s Restaurant on route 20 and 22 in New Lebanon, NY has a very good reputation.
There is a restaurant in Sand Lake or West Sand Lake, NY that I believe has a good reputation also, but that may be more of a Pizza place. I%26#39;m not sure.
I suggest you also post this question on the Albany forum. There are some regulars there, that may be able to help.

That%26#39;s a pretty big area to cover. Where is the meeting being held and how far to they want to travel for dinner?
I wrote this incredible place in my index for future excursions out ';that a way'; So here it is below. One of the posters from the Berkshires highly recommended it to some one before and I made sure to tell some family members about it that are from out that way and visit parents and all that a couple of times a year and since then, they tried it this past year and absolutely loved it here! They still talk about how exquisite it is here! So may be you could check it out to see what you think about it here for your friend%26#39;s guests?
I also checked mapquest and it%26#39;s approximately 25 miles from Pittsfield. That wouldn%26#39;t be too bad of a drive, do you think? Just read the reviews on this Inn%26#39;s restaurant too and check out their site. The chef sounds just so amazing here! I think they%26#39;d really enjoy it. I can%26#39;t wait to try it myself some day down the road, soon!
