Any words of wisdom...reviews on Heritage House?

I`ve been using The Heritage House quite a bit over the last few months as I`ve been dealing with elderly parent issues (both in a nursing facility on the Cape). The public areas are in need of a facelift and word is that those areas will be refurbished this year. The guest rooms and baths, however, are surprisingly nice....spacious and very clean. My primary reason for choosing this property is the location and reasonable rates. The staff is also very friendly and accomodating. There is a nice indoor pool and the outdoor pool will be opening at the end of May.

Oops! I just realized that you`re probably asking about The Heritage House Guest House in Provincetown and I was commenting on The Heritage House Hotel in Hyannis. I can`t comment on the Provincetown guest house, but can make other Ptown recommendations if you`re more specific about dates, budget and amenities needed.

I haven%26#39;t stayed at Heritage House (Ptown) for many years. I knew the previous owner. At that time the rooms were basic, but comfortable and well maintained. Since then I know it has been refurbished extensively. It%26#39;s in a very convenient location and appears from the outside to be a nice place.
