PARKING ??!! per day in downtown area

We%26#39;re staying at the Hilton Boston Financial District hotel this weekend and want to know if there%26#39;s cheaper parking nearby than the $36 a day for hotel valet parking.. any info would be gratefully received

Park at International Place for $7 a day during the weekend. It%26#39;s only a couple of blocks from the Hilton. Look for the big arch of Rowes Wharf. International Place is right across street on the right - it%26#39;s two big cylindrical towers.

You can also park at the Garage at Post Office Square for $7 on the weekends. In the lot behind One Financial Center (645 Atlantic Avenue, across from South Station) for $7 on the weekends, $27 on weekdays. The garage at One Lincoln is $10 on the weekends.

Whoa thank people ! this is great... thought there might be something a little more reasonable, years ago we were the subjects of the infamous Boston Parking scam... we parked in what appeared to be a legite spot only to return and find the car missing! thought it was stolen, but finally figured out it had been towed and stashed until we paid up ! great for visitors to the city... but being from Montreal very little surprises us!
