My husband and I , as well as my mother stayed Sams town Hotel, My mother and I both had room comps,

We booked our rooms way ahead, we were going for a concert..

When we arrived at the hotel, the line was so long they wanted us to go into the VIP room to check in, if you had a room comp..

All was going well until we checked out, they wanted to charge us for the rooms.

I was you took my free room comp and it was ok,

She said that they quit taking free rooms after the were so full for the weekend,,

We had booked our rooms online, and there isn%26#39;t a place to put in your free room comp number, So it says to present the coupon at check in..

Which we did,,,,,,,,

They passed us around to different people that worked there , all were trying to make us pay...

The idiot girl that was in charge said she could comp our rooms but she wasn%26#39;t going to,,,

Well, hubby got mad and asked for a manager...

She told us to wait...

while we were waiting , we started talking to some ladies who were in the lobby...

Then all of a sudden they decided to comp the rooms after all........

I told the lady that worked there , it wasn%26#39;t my fault that their web site won%26#39;t allow you to put in your coupon code, So it looks to them like you are paying regular price,,,,

I believe it is a scam they pull,

Reserve online, but they make you pay because there isn%26#39;t a place to put in the comp code,,,,,,,

I will never stay with them again after such rude treatment........
