I%26#39;m looking for a more Northern Italian style restaurant in Little Italy, does it exist? Most of the recommended restaurants seem to offer a Southern Italian menu. Thanks!
Is there a Northern Italian Menu in Little Italy?

Prezza is more of a Northern/innovative Italian restaraunt in the North End. (Bostonians generally don%26#39;t call the Italian area ';Little Italy'; It%26#39;s best known as ';The North End.';
Davio%26#39;s is not in the North End, but bills itself as a ';Northern Italian Steak House.';
I%26#39;ve been to all of these restaraunts as well as the aforementioned Mamma Maria%26#39;s. They are all good, although definitely pricier than your typical ';red sauce'; Southern Italian.
Another great web site is www.northendboston.com they list most of the restaurants in the North End with links to their web pages.
yes, northern italian cuisine is not the norm in the north end. if you want to venture into beacon hill try ristorante toscano. it%26#39;s located on charles street. feel free to read my review.
