5 wits tour

Is this woth a visit?

5 wits tour

I wondered about this tour also. Has anyone been? Am leaving Texas 5/19 for Boston.

5 wits tour

To tell you the truth, I%26#39;d never heard of the place. My first pass would be, that if you%26#39;ve never been here before, skip it. There%26#39;s way too much to do here to spend time in an indoor amusement.

Tell us your general interests, ages of the members of your group, amount of time you have, and we can give some great suggestions.

This attraction is also known as ';Tomb';. Maybe that will help get some responses. I have never been, though, although it looks like it could be fun.

Type in ';5-wits tomb'; in the search box on this page (upper left) and you can read the reviews. Most people enjoy it. It is intriguing to children ages 7 or 8 through 13 or 14. Adults also seem to enjoy it. I believe that discounts are available at certain times and on Wednesdays. Try their website through a search in Google for ';5-wits tomb Boston MA';.

I would say it depends. It%26#39;s pricey, but it%26#39;s definitely a unique experience. I went with my boyfriend and another friend when it opened (we were in our early 20s) and had fun. If you have kids, it would be more fun.

In it, you pretend you are an archaeologist and walk through a ';pyramid'; solving puzzles with all sorts of sound and other effects. I loved that kind of stuff when I was a kid, so it was really fun, although a little cheesy, even as an adult.

I would also try to go during a time when it%26#39;s not as busy.. we went later at night and our ';tour'; was the three of us and one other couple. If there were 10-15 people going through at once, I%26#39;m not sure it would be as good.

I went with a group from work as a teambuilding thing a couple months ago. It%26#39;s definitely goofy, but the guides make a good time. The puzzles aren%26#39;t that hard, but they can be tricky, so it keeps you interested. We had groups of 8 or 10, and that seemed like a good number, not too crowded. Definitely good for kids, but the guides were talking about how they get college kids in all the time who love it. It%26#39;s definitely worth it, so long as you go in prepared... it%26#39;s not something you%26#39;re just watching or riding in. You%26#39;re actually doing stuff.
