I know that one can take the ferry from Ptown to boston airport however does anybody know how much it would cost to go by cab to Ptown from Eastham or a cheaper way to get there? Thanks Liz

I think the ferry to P-Town and then the bus down to Eastham would be a good idea. I’ve never taken one but you do see stops all over – I’m pretty sure it’s the ‘flex bus’ you’ll be looking for.

But you might also want to look into busses that leave directly for Boston to the Cape as that might be cheaper then the ferry.
You can get around without a car even in the more remote areas. But I might consider renting a bicycle once you get to Eastham as that would really open up the Outer Cape for you.
Enjoy!
getting to and from boston airportThe Flex Bus is a great option for getting around. The trip from P-town to to Eastham was $1 last year! Here is the site, have fun

Take the flex bus down to the Hyannis Transportation center and get on a Plymouth Brocton Bus which will take you to Logan

$21 one way from Hyannis to Logan
By all means take the Flex. It will pick you up (with advance notice) if you are near the route.
