Whale Watching in June

What are your thoughts on whale watching during the 3rd week of June? Is it worth it? We are thinking about getting the Go Boston Card and the trip is the Mass Bay Lines. Thanks.

I think whale watches are fun, especially on a hot day, but it%26#39;s really a matter of personal preference.

Do you really want to see whales? Would you like a shorter, harbor cruise instead? If it%26#39;s a boat ride and harbor views of the city that mostly interest you, you can take a harbor cruise or go out to George%26#39;s Island, etc. Whale watching is a longer ride, but then there%26#39;s the benefit of seeing the whales, which can be really cool, depending on how close they come to the boat.

I%26#39;ve been and seen tiny whale tails in the distance, but others have had more dramatic experiences. It all depends on how it goes on your trip, where the whales are, etc. I think it%26#39;s worth a try, if you%26#39;re at all interested in seeing whales. Mass Bay Lines is one of the well-established outfits in the city.
